We are currently accepting new patients at our practice in Fargo, ND. We’re truly happy to see new people and welcome them into our dental family. We send you all your paperwork so you can fill it out beforehand and bring it with you to your first appointment. This gives us the time to listen, get to know you, answer all of your questions, and address any of your concerns when you arrive and simplifies your first appointment with us. On your first visit, please bring the following information:
- Any X-rays that were taken by a previous dentist. X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your previous dentist upon your request.
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- Any current medical concern or condition
- Dental insurance, if you are covered and paying through insurance
