  • How do I schedule my appointment?

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes, we are currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and accept many other insurance companies, provided they allow out-of-network visits.

  • Does your office take walk-ins?

    We prefer for patients to schedule an appointment ahead of time online or by calling our office.

  • What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?

    Our office partners with Cherry, a third-party financer, to help you pay for your treatment in convenient monthly installments.

  • What hours is your office open?

    Monday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    Tuesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    Friday: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. – Office Staff Only

  • Does your dental office treat children?

    Yes, we do offer pediatric dental services for kids and teens.

  • How early should I get to my appointment?

    Please plan to arrive at our office 10 to 15 minutes before the start of your appointment, in case patient forms or insurance information needs to be completed.

  • How long does an appointment take?

    Appointment length will depend on the service, treatment, or consultation being provided by our team.

  • What do I need for my first appointment?

    For your first visit, please bring:

    • Any X-rays that were taken by a previous dentist. X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your previous dentist upon your request.
    • A list of medications you are currently taking.
    • Any current medical concern or condition.
    • Dental insurance, if you are covered and paying through insurance.
  • How often do I need a dental checkup?

    We recommend a checkup or cleaning every six months. But if necessary, we may suggest more timely visits depending on your oral health needs.
